Caldwell Cuisine is presented by Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute’s Culinary Arts program.
Tickets are priced at $28 per person, plus taxes and fees. Space is limited for each event.
In addition to providing an opportunity for the community to enjoy the gourmet Caldwell Cuisine menus at a reasonable price, the events also provide CCC&TI’s Culinary Arts students a chance to apply their classroom knowledge.
Potato and Leek Soup
Sweet leeks, thyme, garlic, white wine, garnished with pickled red cabbage
Chickpea and Roasted Beet Salad
Cotija cheese, red onion, lemon, fresh herbs
Tamarind Glazed Salmon
Tangy tamarind, ginger, citrus, with Radish-Herb Salad
Grilled Pork Chop
Apple cider brined with maple-bacon chutney
Blistered Asparagus with Harissa
